About Me

Hi! My name is Zoe, I am a registered Associate Marriage & Family therapist in Santa Barbara. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression and trauma, including suicidal thoughts and patterns that feel deeply entrenched. I’m not afraid of the hard conversations. Nothing you bring into the room is "too much."

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and steady. I lead with curiosity and intention, as I believe healing involves theh enitre spectrum of our being. I’ll meet you with honesty, compassion, and the occasional well-timed humor — because even in the middle of heavy work, you’re still a human being, not a diagnosis.

Healing isn’t about forcing positivity or pretending things are fine. It’s about building safety, understanding your patterns, and helping you find your way back to yourself — at a pace that actually feels sustainable.

My Approach

As a registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, I aim to meet you where you are at. I believe therapy is a collaborative process in which I lead with curiosity to understand the entirety of you. Therapy holds a mirror up to us and allows us to see things we have not been able to name. Healing and growth is relational, not pathological. I will use authenticity, attunement, and evidence-based practices to provide you with the support and tools you need to feel like you are able to become the most aligned version of yourself. You deserve to feel at ease in your own mind and body. I would be honored to walk with you on the journey home.
